プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

本ポリシーは、Runナビ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いを説明します。 This policy explains how RunNav (the "App") handles user information.

1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリは、利用する機能やログイン状態に応じて、次の情報を取り扱います。

  • アカウント情報: Firebase Authenticationで管理するメールアドレスとユーザーID。
  • 位置情報: 現在地、走行中の正確な位置、走行軌跡、作成したルート、目的地および経由地。
  • フィットネス情報: 距離、時間、ペース、消費カロリー、走行日、ワークアウト情報。
  • 健康情報: Apple Watch利用時の心拍数および心拍数から算出した走行強度。
  • 購入情報: Proプランの購入、無料トライアル、更新状態、購入商品の識別子。本アプリは支払カード番号を取得しません。
  • 利用状況: アプリの起動、オンボーディング、ルート作成、走行開始・完了、Pro案内の表示、購入・復元結果。
  • 識別子: FirebaseユーザーID、RevenueCat顧客ID、本アプリが生成するインストール識別子。
  • 広告効果情報: Apple Ads経由のインストールに関するキャンペーン、広告グループ、キーワード等の帰属情報。IDFAは使用しません。
  • 検索情報: 目的地、経由地、ランドマークの検索語。検索候補を返すためGoogle Maps Platformへ送信します。
  • AI音声用テキスト: AI音声を有効にした場合に音声化サービスへ送信する案内文。利用者の声を録音・送信しません。

Depending on the features used and whether the user signs in, the App may process:

  • Account information: email address and user ID managed through Firebase Authentication.
  • Location: current and precise running location, route traces, generated routes, destinations, and waypoints.
  • Fitness and health data: distance, duration, pace, calories, workout information, and, when Apple Watch is used, heart rate and derived workout intensity.
  • Purchase information: Pro purchases, free-trial and renewal status, and product identifiers. The App does not receive payment card details.
  • Usage data and identifiers: app and feature interactions, purchase or restore outcomes, Firebase user ID, RevenueCat customer ID, and an App-generated installation identifier.
  • Apple Ads attribution: campaign, ad group, keyword, and related attribution. The App does not use IDFA.
  • Search queries sent to Google Maps Platform and, if AI speech is enabled, navigation text sent to a speech-generation service. The App does not record or transmit the user's voice.

2. 利用目的 / Purposes of Use

  • ランニングルートの作成、検索候補、ランドマーク候補および勾配情報の提供
  • 走行中の位置表示、走行記録、音声ナビ、ルート逸脱判定およびゴール判定
  • 走行履歴、分析、リワード、お気に入り、Apple Watch連携の提供
  • ログイン、クラウド同期、不正利用防止およびアカウント保護
  • Pro機能の購入確認、権利付与、無料トライアル、復元およびサブスクリプション管理
  • 機能利用状況、購入導線および広告効果の集計による品質改善
  • 問い合わせ対応および障害調査

We use information to generate routes; provide navigation, run recording, analysis, rewards, favorites, and Apple Watch features; authenticate and protect accounts; synchronize data; validate and restore purchases; measure feature, purchase-funnel, and advertising performance; improve the App; and respond to support requests.

3. 保存先とログイン / Storage and Sign-In

ログインしていない場合、走行履歴、プロフィール、お気に入り、設定等は原則として端末内に保存されます。 ログインした場合、走行履歴と関連する利用分析イベントをFirebaseユーザーIDに紐づけてCloud Firestoreへ保存します。 正確な走行軌跡や心拍サンプルが走行履歴に含まれる場合、それらも同期対象になります。

When signed out, run history, profile, favorites, and settings are generally stored on the device. When signed in, run history and related usage events are stored in Cloud Firestore under the user's Firebase user ID. Precise route coordinates and heart-rate samples contained in a run may also be synchronized.

4. バックグラウンド処理 / Background Processing

利用者がランニングを開始した後に限り、画面を閉じた状態でも走行記録とナビを継続するため、バックグラウンド位置情報および短い音声案内を使用します。 ランニングを終了すると処理を停止します。音楽、広告、ストリーミングのためにバックグラウンド音声を使用しません。

Only during an active run, the App may use background location and short audio prompts so tracking and navigation continue while the screen is locked or the App is backgrounded. These processes stop when the run ends. Background audio is not used for music, advertising, or streaming.

5. 外部サービス / Third-Party Services

本アプリは、必要な範囲で次の外部サービスを利用します。

  • Apple MapKit / Apple Maps: 地図表示、現在地表示
  • Apple HealthKit / watchOS: ワークアウトおよび心拍情報
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit: アプリ内購入、無料トライアル、サブスクリプション管理
  • Apple AdServices: Apple Adsのプライバシー保護された広告帰属
  • Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore: 認証およびクラウド同期
  • RevenueCat: 購入検証、Pro権利管理、購入分析およびApple Ads帰属の集計
  • Google Maps Platform: ルート、場所検索、ランドマーク、ジオコーディングおよび標高情報
  • OpenAI: AI音声を有効にした場合の案内文の音声化
  • Expo / EAS: アプリのビルドおよび配信基盤

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. The App sends only the information needed to provide the relevant feature.

6. 広告、トラッキング、データ販売 / Advertising, Tracking, and Sale

本アプリ内に第三者広告は表示しません。IDFAを使用せず、他社アプリやWebサイトを横断したターゲティング広告目的のトラッキングを行いません。 位置情報、健康情報、フィットネス情報、メールアドレスその他の個人データをデータブローカーへ販売しません。Apple Ads帰属情報は広告効果の集計にのみ使用します。

The App does not display third-party advertising, use IDFA, track users across other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising, or sell personal data to data brokers. Apple Ads attribution is used only to measure advertising effectiveness.

7. 保存期間と削除 / Retention and Deletion

端末内の走行履歴やお気に入りはアプリ内で削除できます。ログインアカウントをアプリ内から削除すると、Cloud Firestoreの走行履歴、位置情報、心拍情報、利用分析イベントを削除し、 RevenueCatの本アプリ独自の利用属性を消去した後、Firebase Authenticationアカウントを削除します。通信エラー等でクラウド削除を完了できない場合は完了扱いにせず、再試行できる状態を保ちます。

AppleまたはRevenueCatは、購入確認、復元、法令・会計上の義務、不正防止に必要な期間、領収書や購入・サブスクリプション記録を保持する場合があります。 アカウント削除だけではApp Storeサブスクリプションは解約されません。解約はiOSの「設定」から行ってください。RevenueCatに残る購入関連顧客データの完全消去はサポートへ依頼できます。

Run history and favorites can be deleted in the App. Account deletion removes App-stored cloud runs, location, heart-rate, and usage events, clears App-specific RevenueCat usage attributes, and then deletes the Firebase Authentication account. Apple or RevenueCat may retain purchase records where required for validation, restoration, legal obligations, accounting, or fraud prevention. Deleting an App account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

8. 利用者の選択 / Your Choices

iOS設定で位置情報、HealthKit、通知等の権限を変更できます。音声ナビやランコーチはアプリ内で無効にできます。 ログインは任意で、主要な走行機能はログインせずに利用できます。保存データまたはアカウントはアプリ内のアカウント画面から削除できます。

Users can change permissions in iOS Settings, disable voice navigation or Run Coach, use core running features without signing in, and delete saved data or the account from the Account screen.

9. 子どものプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは子どもを主な対象としていません。適用法令で保護者の同意が必要な年齢の利用者は、保護者の同意を得た上で利用してください。 The App is not directed primarily to children. Users below the age at which parental consent is required should use it only with such consent.

11. 変更 / Changes

機能、法令または利用サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更はアプリ内または公式サイトで告知し、最終更新日を更新します。 We may update this policy when features, laws, or service providers change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this website.
